This month we celebrate our latest collaboration with New York Based creative agency PLAYLAB, INC.
This pair of Look Mate is crafted from premium cotton and responsibly made in a family-run factory in Armenia. PLAYLAB, INC. based their sock design on the idea of ‘socks and sandals’, championing this timeless, classic and often misunderstood partnership.
With each collaboration, our vision is to continue to push boundaries in sock design and to work with aspiring and inspiring creatives to bring an innovative, high-quality everyday product to market.

About The Designer
PLAYLAB, INC. is a New York based creative practice founded in 2009. With no particular focus, we explore things that interest them, using art, architecture, and graphic design to initiate ideas. The past has included: giant worm tents for the New Museum of Contemporary Art and Storefront For Art & Architecture, a re-brand of America for SFMOMA, and a compilation of all the times Joaquin Phoenix has walked in his films, titled Walking Phoenix. In 2011 the studio co-founded the quarterly publication called CLOG, and in 2010 co-founded + POOL with Family New York, an initiative to build the world’s first water-filtering floating pool in New York. The studio is currently comprised of Archie Lee Coates IV, Jeff Franklin, Ryan J. Simons, Luiza Dale and Anya Shcherbakova.
